Calculation of total due payment in next 12 months

I have tried to calculate the total of due payment amount of in next 12 months, which I have tried to calculate the through Multi-row Formula but it's lengthy. Can somebody help me to do it in a shorter way ?

I'd prefer to use datetime as opposed to months like this - but here's he easy batch macro solution...

What do you mean irrespective of number in months column - You need an index in the months column - whether that's date or number you have to have a value there and a computation methodology based upon the index.  in your case it isn't trailing 12 months - it's future 12 months - so that's easy enough to fix in the batch macro...  see attached - only thing that changes is the batch macro filter.

Hi @Kamran1991,

 

I think that your multi-row formula is pretty short and clean. Nonetheless, please see my suggested alternative using Generate Rows formula.

If the number of rolling months start to get larger or change frequently, I would then feel that Generate Rows will be better.
