Calculating percentage

I'm new to Alteryx and trying to figure out how I can calculate the percentage of a certain row. I am working with larger numbers on my actual project but here is an example.

 I would like for the Percentage column to be filled with the percent of the "Capacity" that is being taken up by the number of people in each region.
