Calculating accuracy and average accuracy

in the input file..I want to add a column and calculate accuracy.

Accuracy = (sales-validation)/sales

Accuracy has to be calculated only when validation value is not equal to zero

I want one more column average accuracy which is the average of accuracy column for a particular product and year

Here's how you can get what you're after:

In general, the formula tool let's you create new fields based on existing data (or update existing fields)

The summarise tool allows you to aggregate data, and the Join tool lets you combine different data streams to be 'side-by-side'
