CSV Input causes comma number issues

Is there a way to tell alteryx that as an example the 1,150 are 1'150 and not 1?

@ShalzAnother issue I face is now on the Std Cost where as an example the 1,277.00 are converted into 127700 instead of 1277.00.

Do you know if I need to todo there a workaround?
