CONVERTING MULTIPLE DATE FORMAT

Hi I have a data here hat has a date column in which it has multiple date formats, the positioning of date value is different. 

Date	Expected Output
25-Apr-2022	2022-04-25
2022-12-29	2022-12-29
2022-29-12	2022-12-29

How can I convert these dates in just one formula?

The tricky part is that

If we have 2022-07-05, how can we know it is 

July 5th, 2022 or May 7th, 2022?

Agreed with @Qiu - @dunkindonut7777 are there any other fields that serve as indicators? Otherwise if there are dates and months below 12, it gets tricky to distinguish between them. We may even get it wrong entirely.
