Buildings Spatial Cluster - it does not work

Hello,

I am trying to build a Buildings Spatial Cluster -group buildings within 250 miles radius from each other. I used the "Create Points" for Longitude and Latitude and the it created "Centroid" filed in Spatial Obj type. Next,, I used Buffer to set a size to miles and next the spatial match. I am not sure where I made an error as it does not cluster the buildings. Can you please help me to resolve this issue?

Based on my understanding of what you want, I think you may just need to flip the Target and the Universe in your Spatial Match tool!
