Bringing back rows after filter

I have a filter in a workflow that checks two conditions:

[Condition A] >10 AND
[Condition B] > 57

These are then sorted into a report by [Code]

Now one of the other columns of interest is a  [Location] that is the parent to [Code]

this of course can fall to either side of the T/F filter above. I need to re-add back to the data set all [Location ID] that matches [code]

So in the example how do I bring back in both the AA and TS location information even after the filter?
