Batch Macro

Hi,

 

I created a batch macro utilizng the blog from https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Designer-Knowledge-Base/The-Ultimate-Input-Data-Flowchart/t...

 

& help from the community but the 4 sheets combined are brining dup data in one cell. The Account and Subject sheets are bringing into dup accounts etc seperated by comma. How can I select the columns from the sheets before the macro  joins them all together?
