Automation - refreshing excel sheets

Hello, I have 6 different excel sheets. These sheets are downloaded from COGNOS.  I need to refresh data weekly into 6 templates. How can I automate the report template, where 6 excel sheets are base file. I need to delete the previous data in the template every week. 

I want whole process automatic.

Requirements:

Excel sheets latest week data will be impacted on to the reporting template.
