Authentication error with Individual License

I got my license key on Friday. I tried to enter it on my existing trial software and I keep getting the following error.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Now I can't even revert back to my trial version. I have sent multiple emails to support and left message. I guess they don't have weekend support? 

 

Frustrating.
