Attempting to match data

Hello all,

I am hoping I can get a little assistance in matching garbage data.  I have to Excel tabs see below

Tab1

Group IDGroup Name
012345Legacy Healthcare Services
543210Brame Specialty
000023Triad Medical Services
ABCDAW North Carolina

Tab2

Subject
January 2021 North State Communications - Monthly Reports #$* %%%
January 2021 North State Communications - Monthly Reports #$* %%%
January 2021 North State Communications - Monthly Reports #$* %%%
January 2021 North State Communications - Monthly Reports #$* %%%
January 2021 Forsyth Country Day School (Non PHI) - Monthly Reports !@^ %%%
January 2021 Forsyth Country Day School (Non PHI) - Monthly Reports !@^ %%%
January 2021 Forsyth Country Day School (Non PHI) - Monthly Reports !@^ %%%

What I need to do is remove everything before the name of the group so January 2021 would need to be removed and then everything from the - onwards.  The issue is that the string length varies.  I am thinking this might be a regex use case but I just cant seem to get it to work.  Any thoughts/ideas/solutions are much appreciated.
