App function -Connected data

Hello , 

I have this requirement as mentioned below . 

ColumnA	ColumnB
A	1
B	2
C	3
A	4

Need to build a aap where user will select a value from Column A , then the app should respond populating column B  values mapped above .

For example : If A selected in drop down the next drop down must show 1 & 4 . 

Any help .
