Amazon S3 Download/Upload tool

Hi,

Our InfoSec Dept. does not want us using an "AWS access key" or the "AWS Secret Key" due to security concerns.

Which means I can't use the "Amazon S3 download or upload" tools.

Does anybody else have this issue?  What do you do?

At the moment, "AWS access key" and  "AWS Secret Key" are required in order to use the Amazon S3 Download and Upload tools. 

I recommend you to explore the SDK tool to create your own connector that doesn't use AWS access key and AWS secret key.

When using the AWS access key and AWS Secret Key with the Amazon S3 Download and Upload tools, is the connection HTTPS and thus data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or something?
