Amazon Redshift Bulk Loader - Update/Insert if new

Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone has come across a workaround to use the "update:insert if new" option in Amazon Redshift Bulk Loader?

My data set is very large data set hence why I'm using the bulk loader instead of the normal odbc connection.
