Alteryx scheduler VPN issue

Hi

 I’ve just set up a physical computer with Alteryx and scheduler set up on that I VPN in to, I have just tried to set up scheduler but ‘my computer’ seems to be missing. Any ideas?

Have you gone into the system settings and set up the "Run As" user?
