Alteryx input tool reads the date '1900-01-02' as '1900-01-01'

I have an input csv file where a row has a date value '1900-01-02', But when I bring the data into the Alteryx designer workflow the date value gets changed automatically to '1900-01-01'. Can I have any solution to overcome this?

I remember there was a discussion about it recently on forum but I am not able to find that post. 

In short the data shouldn't change if you will import it without delimiter. Please give it a try and if it helped please mark my post as a solution!
