I am working on the workflow which in first phase will help me with preparation of the compensation data for large population of employees and with converting them into one report in which each row will indicate first and last name of the employee, his personal details and information on the respective components of his compensation.
In the second phase I would like to use the output report in order to fill in the attached form which is statutory established in my country annual wage salary form. I would like to know whether it is possible that Alteryx will fill in the form for each person separately using the data from the complex output Excel file?
Please note that originally this template is saved in xlsm format but I changed it into xls to be able to upload here.

This is certainly possible. Is the "goal" output of this just the excel file filled in? Or will it be converted to another format (ex pdf)?
For the excel output, you can take advantage of the bottom option. This will allow you to group records by a field, in your case the employee name/ID.
You'd need an output per section of the template though.
