Alteryx excel cleaning

Hello,

I am fairly new to Alteryx and I need help. As you can see, the output only has rows, but no column. I am wanting to use tool like text to column or something so that it can put the data into columns so like this:

Account number | Account Name | Inv Profile | Strategy | instrument|

As you can see in row 9,10,15,16,21,22,27,28, they either have the header again or "-----" i want to remove that as well.

Cleansing up the unstructured data is always challenging and case-by-case.
