Alteryx data displacement

Hi everyone,

I am working in a big Alteryx project that take the SQL statments from Hive and replaces in Alteryx so I am using in-database tools.

But I am facing some questions and one of them is that I faced a data displacement in a database generated by Alteryx in a dataset with more than 100,000 rows.

Please see the attached file, You will see that the first name contais a caracter "?" so alteryx erased this caracter and displaced what comes after to the other column causing a data displacement.

Could you guys please give me a tip what i can to in order to have this solved?

Can you attach the file ? even cut down to only those few records that you've included in the screenshot.  It looks like an encoding problem with the file but hard to tell without more information
