Alteryx Desktop not installing

I downloaded the Alteryx Designer and choose "yes" when asked if the app can make changes to the computer. 

Installer window comes up and I click "okay" but then nothing happens. Alteryx doesn't appear to use the app.

Please try right-clicking to run as an administrator first.
