Alteryx Designer- email output working in Gallery, but not in Designer

The email tool is failing in the Alteryx Designer locally but with the same configuration working fine in the Alteryx Gallery.

 

The tool is failing with below error message.

Can someone please help me with the potential reason or the solution.

Hello @Sid_102582 

 

If the configuration is the same, this could be related then to your machine access rights to the SMTP server. You need to check this with your IT team.
