Alteryx Designer Installation - "Occured an exception with no treatment ..."

Hi all,

I'm trying to install the last version from Alteryx on my computer, and everytime after installation when I launch the software appears the error informed that Occurred an Exeption with no treatment......

Does anyone knows what is this error?

I'm attaching the screen error. (Sorry if it is in Potuguese).

Can you try going through a complete uninstall by following the directions here: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Designer-Knowledge-Base/Complete-Uninstall-of-Alteryx-Desig... 

Then try reinstalling the software. If this doesn't resolve your issue I would recommend reaching out to Alteryx support by submitting a case here: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Support/bd-p/SupportPage
