Alteryx Core Exam Data Download Issues

I took the exam on yesterday evening and had issues with the download of the first and second data questions. My first Question when I went to download the data I got a blank grey screen and on the second data question with 2 sets of data only one data set populated and the second data set did the same thing as the first data set nothing happened when I clicked on the download. 

 

 Is there anyone I can talk to regarding this??
