Hi Community,

I had one question in regard to the ageing bracket. For instance, i had built the workflow and the result below :

As the days in the data applicable below only within 0-90 days. Hence, when i do the pivot in Alteryx , the ageing bracket shown only till 90 days. However, i would like to have complete ageing bracket disregard whether there is days fit within these ageing bracket or not.  Meaning there is ageing bracket for 91 -180 and 180 -360 despite there is no days fit into these fields. Can we do it in the alteryx?

Hi @ Qiu,

No, I build the workflow as shown screenshot below.Basically i determine the ageing bracket first based on number of days, and after that i pivot the ageing bracket as shown in the screenshot below.

If i use this way, some of the ageing bracket may disappear as shown in the screenshot number 3 below

Hi @SH_94

You can add this between your formula tool and your crosstab

The Summarize returns a list of all the unique brackets in your input.  This is joined to a list all possible brackets on [Ageing Bracket].  For any that aren't in your input, a single row is unioned to your data set.  After your crosstab, the results will look like this with any missing bracket showing a null value

Hi @SH_94

Just copy the tools in the blue box from the example that I attached and paste them on to your workflow.  Delete the connection from your formula tool to your crosstab.  Connect the output of your formula tool to the the new summarize and the output of the new Union tool to your Crosstab
