Adobe Tool - Populating menu Items.....

I'm trying to use the Adobe Analytics tool for the first time. I put in my user login credentials and it works fine all way through validating the report. However, when I hit "Next" it says "Populating menu Items..." and it gets stuck there.  Does anyone know what causes this issue?
