Adjusting text/table height within email body

Hello, I have an email that Alteryx is to generate that involves several tables and I'm having a difficult time getting them to space our properly.  Attached is the current view where I've highlighted the area (between two tables) where I'm hoping to achieve additional spacing.  How can I go about this as I've exhausted my knowledge on this - which is very little.  Thanks.

Without seeing your workflow it's hard to see how you're doing it originally, but, a quick trick while using the Report Text tool is to just add blank rows before the text:

So you end up with something like this:
