Address Matching

I have two very large data sets that need to be matched. The first set of data (sheet 1) is provided to us from an outside source, and the second set of data is from our internal system. The issue is the provided data we receive is not uniform in terms of preparation, and takes far too long to clean manually. I need to perform a Fuzzy Match, or other way of matching to match these records and ultimately get the ID # from the first set of data. Any tips on how this can be achieved?
