Adding rows based on time frame and criteria

Hi,

My data is in the following format:

ID	Type	Year	Month
5	low	2009	1
5	medium	2012	3
5	high	2013	5

I would like to add rows such that the data fits into the desired time frame from 1-2008 until 6-2021 and takes the corresponding "Type" variable:

ID	Type	Year	Month
5		2008	1
5		2008	2
5		2008	3
...		...	...
5		2008	12
5	low	2009	1
5	low	2009	2
5	low	2009	3
...	...	...	...
5	low	2012	1
5	low	2012	2
5	medium	2012	3
5	medium	2012	4
