If you were creating the output manually, what process would you follow?  Read the first row of data from the input file, then what?

 

You have data in the output like "LDN_EMCREDIT_BLOOMBERG_UBSW" that does not exist in the input.

 

In the workflow you attached, the Input file and Output files are not labelled.
