Adding a tab name as a data input

I would like to use the excel tab name (table/ query in Alteryx) as an input that I will then append to my table.

This workflow will add the Excel Tab name as a new field to any Excel table input.  I have not included the Excel source file...  Any one should work.

This is a good candidate for making a macro.
