Adding a decimal point waterfall to specific string

Hello,

Attached below is a snip containing a subset of the data I am using. My ultimate goal is to add a decimal point to the end of each four digit number that is unique to the Account Description (found after the dash).

For example, I want 1200.1 for (Blank), 1200.2 for Accrued Fringe Benefits, 1200.3 for Accrued Payroll, etc. Any tips?

Thank you!

If (hypothetically) you are about to say - wow! @Qiu your workflow is awesome - but I need the New Account # in Category too, and can the base column be 0 and counting starts with 1 after that for each sub-category?

Note - mass of this workflow was done by @Qiu  and I borrowed it.

Slightly different approach to @Qiu and @apathetichell.

Hope this works as well @AYXEnthusiast
