Adding a blank column on output

I am hoping to add two blank columns with pre set header names to my excel output which will be manually filled out.

 

I have added a screenshot of the desired output.

Hi @tom05 ,

 

You can do that using the Formula Tool. You add two new columns giving the name you want and set the value to "".
