How can I dinamically add Sub-Total Rows and get the SUM of each column?

What you want to do is branch off a path in the flow with a Summarize Tool that groups your data by the MOS Category Name and sum up the monthly data. Then take the output of the the summarize tool and union it back to the main workflow. From there you'll sort it back on the MOS Category Name. Below is an example of one that I had created to give the detail with the Sub Total for a category and the Grand Total.
