Adding Server connection to desktop not working

Hello,

We are experiencing a problem where we try to add a server connection to open/save a workflow to the server. Once we go through the authentication process, it does not add the server instead it pulls up the gallery in a small window (as shown in the screenshot). 

I am unable to save the connection and instead it just works like a small gallery window and when I close it, no connection has been saved.

Does your Designer Desktop version match the Server version?

designer version 2024

server version 2021..is this the issue?

You cannot have a Designer version newer than Server - you must downgrade Designer or upgrade Server
