Adding New Row

Hello everybody

Please refer attached excel worksheets.

My INPUT is NOTES.xlxs

And I want my OUTPUT to look like NOTES2.xlxs

This is what I want. On NOTES.xlsx which is my input. There is a column [CATEXT4]. I want the data on[CATEXT4] line 6 to go underneath [CATEXT] line 6. And [CATEXT4] line 7 to go underneath [CATEXT] line 7.

So that I am creating a new line with same [CANOTEKEY]= 30000000000007600  and same [CADATE] =180302 and same [CAPERMCODE[= "P" but different CANOTEITEM = 103
