Add row in between different codes

Need your help. I need to add row in between if the codes is different.

Here is my raw:

Start	End	Code
30-08-2020	15-09-2020	7801
3-01-2018	28-02-2020	7802

Desired output:

Start	End	Code

I would use a multi-row formula to create a remove flag and then use a filter tool
