Hi @ben_stroud,
As a general rule if there is an ODBC/OLE DB driver out there then Alteryx can connect to the data. It seems as if there is an ODBC driver for DynamoDB so it should be possible to connect:-
http://www.cdata.com/drivers/dynamodb/odbc/
Whilst this means you should be able to connect to the source, this would not be officially supported right now. Please check the Ideas section of the Community to see if anyone else has asked for this to be added to a future release and if not then please do add it to the list.
Thanks

Hey @Mahadeva Alteryx doesn't build the ODBC drivers - usually SIMBA or like builds the ODBC drivers. For DynamoDB - AWS doesn't seem to have the level of demand to build a standalone driver - see: https://aws.amazon.com/dynamodb/community/
Alteryx does build connectors (mostly Python based) for some integrations - they do not have one for DynamoDB. My assumption is that the most common way to integrate it with Alteryx would be via API and the demand isn't there for a specific connector. This is a conversation you can have with your Alteryx sales rep.
