ARIMA tool not correctly reflecting Actuals in time-series data

Hi all,

 

I'm using the ARIMA tool to forecast some economic data on inflation and for some reason I can't understand, the model's output is showing me values for the Actuals (grey line) that are different to what I have in my dataset.

 

I've attached some images showing the differences between the model's output (grey line) and the figures in my data - I've no idea why the difference but if anyone has an idea it would be much appreciated!
