API call CSV data

I searched in this community, trying to find an example solution of API call CSV data (input a link and then parse data), with downloadable Alteryx file, but I haven't found one.

I saw some post might be a good solution. However, the URL in the Alteryx file I downloaded is not valid anymore.
Does anyone knows a link to an ideal solution or can post an Alteryx file?

As well as @afv2688's example, here's a list of publicly available APIs.  The list includes diverse subjects from cats, dogs, programing quotes, and an evil insult generator.  There's even an API to access the list of public APIs
