AMP Engine error message for Power BI output

I am trying to use Power BI Output tool in my workflow and it gives an error message "This tool is only supported in the AMP Engine. Please enable AMP to use this tool" I have checked the AMP tool in user settings and it is enabled. Any idea what can be the reason for this message?

@Sevinj1could you please check Workflow Runtime Settings? By Default you, probably, have AMP Engine enabled, but Workflow was saved with AMP disabled.
