A360 Tool in Alteryx

Hi all, 

 

I'm trying to use the A360 Automation Anywhere Tool in Alteryx. I was able to connect to my control room, but I'm getting an error message:

 

Error: Automation Anywhere 360 (1): Connection to platform was not successful.

 

when trying to run it. 

 

I've look at the configuration of the tool, and need to choose a User under Variables, which I cannot select. 

Is the error message related to that? 

 

Any ideas how I can fix it?
