as you can see ,how can I extract the second []'s number information which marked green

There are different ways of achieving it. I will be sharing a few below:

When you brush over the text '[2]', the UI provides the suggestions:

Here, I have selected 'digit after UNSCHEDULED1' as this is a constant value across the data.

In case the text 'UNSCHEDULED1' is not constant then we can opt for Trifacta patterns:

`{upper}{11}{digit}`

There are other suggestions too. Please try them and select the most appropriate one.
