How to generate intermediate outputs within a workflow with a single run for last output?

I have a workflow which combines data from different sources. The transformed output from each data source needs to be also created and pushed to GCP Big Query. Need some help to understand if I can run the entire workflow with one single run producing final unioned output as well as the intermediate outputs from each data source, later on plan to run the same through Plan. Kindly suggest.
