I need 2 rows in an Excel Input that need to read via the Dynamic Input tool.

I am trying to fire 2 queries from an Excel Input. I used the Dynamic Input tool and while it's working, only the first row query is being read. I have a second query on the second row of the Excel file. I can't figure out why only the row 1 query is being executed and the second row isn't even recognized. If I place the browse tool in front of the Input tool, it definitely shows 2 rows. But when I configure the Dynamic Input tool, I only get 1 row returned.
