Hi Team,

 
I have registered for free trial as part of my masters program under UTM.
 
I have been prompted below error multiple times,please assist.

hi @Kokiela 
I'd recommend doing a complete uninstall (https://knowledge.alteryx.com/index/s/article/Complete-Uninstall-of-Alteryx-Designer-1583461464200) and try to install again.
