We are updating the requirements for Community registration. As of 7/21/21 all users will be required to register a phone number with their My Alteryx accounts. If you have already registered, you will be prompted on your next login to add your phone number.
Upon creation of a new user we are struggling to login with the credentials. We have tested this with 5 different users and recreated the accounts 3 or 4 times before they finally allow us to login.
This is for Alteryx connect. The fields we populate are Email, Alias, Name, Login, and set the password (which we are definitely sure is being typed in right).
In an attempt to force this through we select reset password which states 'failed check logs'. Any ideas why we're having such issues? I have attached an image showing the account setup and password reset error.
