Connect restrictions

Hi,

I haven't used Connect but starting to look into it now, not sure if this should be in the Designer or Connect forum - for a governance model, is it possible to restrict Designer users to only use file/data sources that exist in connect? i.e. remove ability to drag and drop a file onto the Designer canvas with the only option they would see on an Input Tool would be to access data via Connect?

unfortunately Designer does not provide such feature to restrict inputs/outputs only to those which are present in Connect.
