How useful is Auto Insights for forecasting?

I was wondering if anyone working in FP&A have any use cases with Auto-Insights plus forecasting for cost management. Keen to see how it's used / applied.

Hi Cal, Auto Insights doesn't natively support and sort of forecasting capabilities - we can compare current vs target across top-level and individual KPIs, but we only reflect data that's already in the dataset rather than forecasting based on past data behavior.

Hi @bradshaw , thank you for the distinction and explanation. This is helpful because my understanding was formed incorrectly through a conversation with some consultants. So wanted to get it straight and see what can/cannot be done.
