Excel Writing different Ranges Different Months

Question

I have a client I am processing data for.  Each month the output data needs to be written to different ranges. I'm not sure I have the formula tool correct.. I will ultimately have this as an analytic app to override the range for the month I am processing.  T.i.A. Community

Unfortunately, this is a common error when using the Output Data tool to write to existing excel files.  This post has several possible solutions.  Read through all 5 pages!

I made one tweak to my formula tool that was creating the Path and Filename on the fly but not when I try and open the workbook I receive this message:
