Tips & Tricks for New Users

Hello,

I am a new user of Alteryx and I am learning how to use the program in a college course. I was wondering if the Alteryx community had any tips and tricks for a new user of Alteryx Design? I've learned how to work with small bits of data, why is good to know when working with large data files?

I'd highly recommend going for the Alteryx Foundation Micro-Credential certification: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Certification/bd-p/product-certification it's completely free, and the learning paths and certification guide are really detailed and instructive. The certification guide will tell you the order to learn things in, and then will point you to hands-on challenges and problems in the Weekly Challenges: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Weekly-Challenge/Weekly-Challenge-Index-amp-Welcome/td-p/48275

The weekly challenges are a goldmine for learning Alteryx, and solving real-world business problems.

Then once you feel ready, you can sit the certification! If you fly through it, there's also Core certification and Advanced Certification to get your teeth stuck into. All with detailed guides (all completely free, the materials and the certifications).
